About me
Hello, I'm Stéphanie.
I grew up at the confluence of three cultures. Early on I became a keen observer attuned to my environment and other people. Moved by a fascination for our human inner world and a desire to understand it all, I studied and lived across different continents.
After a decade of outwards travels, I started a deep inwards journey.
Life experience and years of study and practice led me to understand that the foundation of a fulfilled and resilient individual is an unwavering inner sanctuary made of self-love and self-trust.
Today I am integrating every aspect of my profesional and personal knowledge and experience to support and guide individuals looking for a more expansive, fulfilled life along with a deep sense of peace.
My approach
In average, we live 90% from our subconsicous mind. This is why my approach is to guide you inwards. I combine humanistic counseling and psychotherapy with the technology of kundalini yoga that allows us to go deeper into the subconscious.
All is already inside you. Both the source of the frustrations that impede you to experience the life you truly desire, and the resources you need to change this. You are your own healer, and I am here to guide you through your inner intricacies so you can find your own resources to grow and expand.
Nature is my greatest teacher, healer and source of inspiration.
